Supporting those around us is a fundamental value of our School and the Hampton community’s generosity of spirt and kindness has been clear to see during recent months. Here are just some of the ways our pupils, families and staff have been trying to do what they can to help:

  • The Design & Engineering Department produced essential PPE equipment, including over 1,000 face shields, for local NHS workers  More Information

  • Throughout the pandemic the School offered on-site care for children of key workers
  • Alumni helped the national drive to address the shortage of ventilators More Information 

Fundraising

  • Rowers raised over £6,400 for the Shooting Star Children’s Hospices More Information
  • Many families took part in the national 2.6 Challenge raising funds for many local charities  More Information
  • Sam Southall completed a 400km static bike ride to fundraise for the Princess Alice Hospice and Duchenne UK More Information
  • Hampton chess players ran a weekly fundraising tournament in aid of NHS charities More Information
  • Hampton rugby players took part in the Barnes Rugby Club’s The Big Lift helping to raise over £120,000 for NHS charities More Information
  • The School launched a new challenge to help raise funds for this year’s Form Charities – Mary’s Meals, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Momentum and Off the Record Twickenham. More Information.
