At Hampton we are very much a community and recognise that engagement in school life offers enormous benefits to all. There are several opportunities for our parents to get involved with life at the School, which are listed below. All the termly activities are listed in the School Calendar and you may find that the filter option is helpful when selecting areas of particular interest to you.
Parent Groups
There are three thriving parent associations at Hampton and we warmly encourage you to join if they are of interest to you. From helping organise pupil events to fundraising, as well as social opportunities which enable you to meet many other Hampton parents across the year groups:
- HSPA – Hampton School’s Parents’ Association is open to all
- HSMS – Hampton School’s Music Society is a great opportunity to support music at the School
- HHBCA – Open to all rowing parents at Hampton and LEH, the Boat Club Association is a vibrant group of parents who help at rowing events and fundraise for the sport
Drama & Music
Hampton’s Music and Drama departments stage a broad range of performances each year. The shows are of exceptional standard, often likened to the West End. A link to the term’s music performances is in the Music Calendar below and you can find all the drama productions in the School Calendar. Tickets are available to parents to attend and you will be notified via SchoolPost when these become available. If you would like to perform yourself, Hampton and LEH run a joint Choral Society, which includes parents and pupils from both schools along with professional musicians. The society performs a major concert each year, alternating between the two schools.

Talk!
The Hampton School Talk! series offers a superb opportunity to hear from distinguished speakers from all walks of life. The annual programme of talks aims to enlighten and entertain whilst broadening the horizons of all who attend. Hamptonians, partner school pupils, parents and members of the public are welcome to attend our Talk! events. Art Exhibitions
The Art Department stages a number of exhibitions throughout the year in our stunning gallery space. These normally include A Level and GCSE art, as well as an annual Lower School exhibition which showcases the work of First to Third Year pupils. Sports
Hampton is renowned for its exceptional sports programme and every weekend sees the School fields packed with fixtures for all the year groups.
