Meet our Sixth Formers
Hampton Sixth Formers are role models and set a friendly, purposeful atmosphere throughout the School. Benefitting from the superb Sixth Form facilities, and enjoying more independence, senior pupils are looked up to by the younger boys and serve as ambassadors for the School.

Small Tutor Groups of around 12 Hamptonians are led by specialist Sixth Form tutors who provide a daily point of contact and are an important source of advice, information, and support.
You will remain with the same Form Tutor throughout your time in the Sixth Form and get to know one another well. Your Tutor is there to support you in your academic studies and wellbeing and to help you develop the skills and confidence to thrive beyond Hampton whatever direction you choose to follow.
The positions of the School Captains’ team, Prefects and Mentors are awarded to Sixth Form pupils who embody the ethos of the School, serve as role models to younger boys and act as ambassadors. They lead by example in every setting and offering advice and support to younger Hamptonians.
In recognition of their maturity and position of leadership in the School, Sixth Form pupils now replace school uniform with smart business dress.
The Barry Martin Sixth Form Centre, is at the heart of the School and provides space for private and independent study as well as collaborative work.
The Centre is also home to our specialist UCAS and Careers Department which offers exceptional resources and access to Hampton’s global alumni network spanning the full range of professions and industry sectors.
The Sixth Form Common Room offers space to relax and socialise and includes a very popular snack and panini bar.
As neighbours, pupils at Hampton and LEH enjoy the ‘best of both worlds’ and links become stronger in Sixth Form as senior pupils share enrichment lessons, take on leadership roles and enjoy a range of drama, music and sporting opportunities.
Pupils also benefit from a range of joint trips – from language exchanges, to Duke of Edinburgh excursions, and global adventures across Malawi, Borneo and Zambia.
