Hampton was delighted to host over 200 grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other special guests for our annual First Year Friends and Family Day.
The event opened with an engaging panel discussion in the Hammond Theatre, where First Year Hamptonians took to the stage to reflect on their journey so far. Sharing their standout experiences and memorable moments, their thoughtful contributions offered a genuinely heartwarming glimpse into life at Hampton from the perspective of our newest pupils.
After the discussion, guests enjoyed a guided tour of the School, proudly led their Hamptonian hosts. The afternoon drew to a close in the Main Hall, where tea and cake provided an enjoyable finale to a memorable occasion.
Joint Head of First Year Mr Tom Hill reflected on the day:
Our annual First Year Friends and Family Day was a wonderful celebration of the boys’ first year at Hampton. It was a pleasure to see them sharing their achievements and favourite moments with such pride and enthusiasm. The day truly reflected the spirit of our community, and we look forward to the next one!
