In September 2026, Hampton announced the formation of the Hampton Schools’ Trust.
The Trust brings together a group of strong, successful and like-minded charitable schools. The founding Trust members: Hampton School, Hampton Prep & Pre-Prep, Kew College Prep and Newland House School are all not-for-profit schools with a shared educational ethos that puts pupils first – providing them with the very best start in life in a warm, nurturing and intellectually challenging environment.

Members of the Hampton Schools’ Trust will benefit from Hampton’s formal partnership with neighbouring Lady Eleanor Holles (LEH), ensuring that both boys and girls have the opportunity to gain Assured Places at two of the country’s leading single-sex senior schools.
Why create our group?
The formation of the Trust will ensure that our schools can invest for the future and plan with confidence. For families, this means greater continuity and breadth, alongside clearer routes to exceptional senior school education for boys and girls.
While part of the Hampton Schools’ Trust family, each school will keep its current name, distinctive identity and character. The Trust will cherish, protect and strengthen these qualities.
This is a positive step, taken by schools which are already thriving. It reflects confidence in what we do today, and a shared ambition to build something even stronger together.
The advantages of coming together
The formation of the Hampton Schools’ Trust will bring a range of benefits:

Pupils will benefit directly, not only from clearer routes to excellent senior education for boys and girls, but also the opportunity to access and share facilities across member schools and enjoy a wider range of experiences.
Our member schools are also excited about the many benefits of professional collaboration across the Trust – sharing excellent practice, developing talent, and fostering an ideal environment for career development and progression.
Senior School Pathways
Assured Places Schemes to Hampton and LEH
Hampton and our close neighbours, girls’ school LEH, are two of the leading single-sex senior schools in the UK. As members of the Hampton Schools’ Trust, boys and girls at Newland House School and Kew College Prep can take advantage of Assured Places Schemes to the two schools, which means they do not have to sit 11+ or 13+ examinations. For more information on the Assured Places schemes click here.
Hampton Prep
Pupils at Hampton Prep are guaranteed all the advantages of a Hampton education from 7 – 18. The Assured Places Schemes do not apply to Hampton Prep boys who benefit from guaranteed automatic transition to Hampton senior school at the age of 11.
