The 2023 joint Hampton and LEH Senior School Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, was a success in every way.

From knockout acting performances, precision stage management, perfect puppetry, and superb musical accompaniment, the production wowed sell-out audiences across four nights of shows.

The 1970s kooky musical comedy saw standout performances from Hamptonians including lead actors Sam Moshi (Seymour) Monty Fletcher (Mr Mushnik) and Adam Gaunt (Orin). Recognition must also go to the behind the scenes presence of Tom Cowley and Eric Taylor who offered the perfect vocals behind the man eating plant Audrey II.  A pupil tech crew and Hampton musicians also ensured the production was worthy of the West End.

Director of Drama, Mrs Alice Jones, warmly praised all involved:

Directing this production has been an absolute joy and privilege. the commitment, energy and positivity has been infectious from the first auditions to the final rehearsals. EVERYONE HAS BEEN SO SUPPORTIVE AND WONDERFUL – thank you for being the dream team!
