Hampton’s senior rowers enjoyed a strong culmination to the season with selection for the 2023 Henley Royal Regatta. The First VIII made up of cox Ben Knight (Fourth Year); Arjun Kang; Alex Cresswell; Edward Clark; Dominic Must; Theo Elliot; Edwin Martin; Kai Kelly; and Toby Green saw all their hard work come to fruition with an excellent win against Abingdon School on the first day of the Princess Elizabeth Cup.
The Hampton crew went on to put in another strong performance against St Edward’s School but were beaten on the day by the stronger boat. Director of Rowing, Colin Greenaway, says the boys have much to be proud of:

The J16 coxed four comprising of cox Zaidan Amiji (Fourth Year); Fabian tinsley-Roy; Harry Bernard; George Buckingham; and Harry Forbes will race for Great Britain in the GB vs France Match on Wednesday 12 July in Nottingham.
