The First Year Dorset Adventure Trip was an action-packed weekend of rock climbing, abseiling and giant canoeing.
First Year Hamptonians travelled to Dorset to take part in a variety of activities. The trip kicked off with an evening walk along the clifftop path to Corfe Castle to take in the stunning views of the castle and the surrounding countryside.
The young adventurers made the most of the beautiful weather as they tackled rock climbing and abseiling at Dancing Ledge, as well as canoeing across Poole Harbour from Cleavel Point. They also enjoyed the Mud Trail at Dorset Adventure Park where the Hamptonians mastered balance beams, cargo nets and mud slides.
The trip was a fantastic way to start the half term holiday and the pupils had a great time bonding with their friends, and came away with a sense of achievement and lots of memories.
