The Hampton and LEH communities were treated to an exceptional evening of music at the 2023 Choral Society Concert.
Following weeks of rehearsals, over 200 choristers and musicians, including pupils, parents and members of the local community, filled the stage of the Hammond Theatre.
A packed audience was treated to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s much-loved ‘Requiem‘ during the first half of the evening, followed by contemporary composer, John Rutter’s ‘Gloria‘, to conclude proceedings.
Hampton’s Director of Music Mr Daniel Roland, who conducted the concert, thanked everyone involved:
parents, staff and pupils involved in the performance have given 110% in every rehearsal, and their positive energy and enthusiasm has made this whole process an absolute joy!
