A group of 47 pupils travelled to Portland in Dorset for an adrenalin-packed rock climbing trip.

The Second, Third and Fourth Year Hamptonians journeyed to the Isle of Portland for a weekend of rock climbing. The trip aimed to give pupils a chance to take part in classic limestone sport climbing, and develop their current climbing skills.

Skilled instructors from the Portland Outdoor Centre guided Hamptonians on local crags, and across some of the best climbing locations in the UK, including The Cuttings.

The weekend also saw pupils taking full advantage of their beautiful natural surroundings for weaselling, beach walks and team building games.

On Saturday evening, they had great fun building rafts and taking to the water for a series of enjoyable games.
