Third Year Hamptonians teamed up with their new classmates for an action-packed team building day at the start of the new academic year.

Held in the sunshine on the School fields, the day helps new boys and existing pupils get to know their new Form Group and Upper Sixth mentors as they compete in a series of exciting activities. Pupils tackled challenges such as Toxic Waste, Egyptian Moves and Skyscraper, which encouraged them to work together to solve the tricky puzzles. The day concluded with the highly anticipated Giant Ski Race finale – producing lots of laughter, head scratching and team work.

After an exciting day, 3H emerged as the winning form. Joint Head of Year, Mr Tom Rigby, praised the Third Years for their positive approach:

We were thrilled to watch the boys together as they tackled a variety of problem-solving exercises with intelligence, enthusiasm, imagination, tenacity and good humour. The boys made the most of the opportunity to build new relationships within their Form Groups whilst having fun.

Well done to all the Third Year Hamptonians who embraced the day with such energy and enthusiasm.
