Cubing club is the latest club to join Hampton’s co-curricular activities.

Set up by Second Year pupil Felix Lyon, Hamptonians race to solve the fiendishly difficult Rubik’s cube in the fastest time possible. As well as the more typical 3×3 cube, boys have challenged themselves to complete a range of puzzles from the pyraminx to the skewb speed cube.

With a world record time of 3.47 seconds set in China in 2018, Felix’s time of 17.5 seconds is nonetheless an impressive feat.
