Hampton’s oarsmen once again showed the strength in depth throughout the squad coming away with 32 medals from this year’s National Schools’ Regatta.
Our senior oarsmen claimed a Silver medal in the 2nd VIII category and Bronze in the Championship Coxed Fours.
Hampton’s younger athletes also showed their potential with Bronze for the J15 2nd VIII. Top billing, however, must go to the J16 2nd VIII who were undefeated in all their races. They won their time trial, their semi-final by 19 seconds, and then took home Gold medals and the Eton Vikings Trophy after victory in their final.
