Hampton’s runners performed well at the Richmond Schools Cross Country Championships, winning the Sixth Form race as well as the combined Fourth and Fifth Year race.
In the Sixth Form competition Alex Hickmott finished second, with Harry Vincent, Gabe Lewis, Sam Reynolds and James Milton securing all the spots from third to sixth place.
In the Fourth and Fifth Year race, Zak Wort, Eitan Orenstein, Freddie Hodgson and Pavit Kullar crossed the line in second, third fourth and fifth place respectively.
The younger teams also fared well, with James Bradley and Kabir Sait finishing eighth and thirteenth in the Second and Third Year race. Meanwhile, Daniel Clarke and Oli Drew came thirteenth and fourteenth in the First Year race.
Thirteen of our athletes will now go forward to represent Richmond in the Middlesex Championships at Harrow School at the end of January.
