We use a plugin called Gravity Forms to power any forms used on our site. Data that you input into a website form is used to allow us to keep you informed about events at the School that you have expressed an interest in such as visitor days, conferences and sporting and academic events. We also use online forms to allow you to register your child at the School, confirm examinations, apply for scholarships and bursaries and provide key information like sporting and academic preferences i.e. Modern language choice. Only authorised individuals will be able to access your data. A backup of your data will be stored in the database of our website for the time that it is required. It will be deleted from the website database after there is no further need to contact you regarding an event or occasion, and/or the pertinent information has been processed by the relevant School department.
