Among the 130+ clubs and societies on offer at Hampton, a number are specifically geared towards our senior pupils.
Hamptonians with a particular interest can also apply to set up their own club and many senior pupils play an active role in running the weekly clubs. You can get a full break down of what is on offer on the Clubs & Societies page but see below for a flavour of the options for Sixth Formers:

MedSoc
The Medic, Vet and Dentistry Society is a popular lunchtime club that meets weekly to discuss the latest news from the medical world, whether that be newly-discovered bacteria to revolutionary treatments for animals. Run by Sixth Form scientists, the club also produces a regular magazine covering topics from AI driven medicine, to the corporate takeover of the UK veterinary industry.
Senior Writers’ Room
Hosted in our purpose-built writing space, this is a weekly club for those who enjoy exploring language, storytelling, and original ideas. Whether you’re working on short fiction, poetry, scripts, or experimental writing, this is a relaxed but focused environment where you can develop your voice and try out new styles. We regularly enter national competitions – often with great success!
CCF
The Hampton Combined Cadet Force (CCF) promotes the qualities of responsibility, self-reliance, resourcefulness endurance and perseverance as well as being great fun. Run on a Friday afternoon in conjunction with pupils from neighbouring Hampton High and LEH, it offers senior Hamptonians a wide range of leadership opportunities.
MUN
Hampton runs one of the most active Model United Nations societies in the UK. Pupils take part in a range of MUN conferences across the country during the year. Sixth Form debaters take a key role in the delegations, setting an excellent example to the younger years.
Genocide80Twenty
Led by Sixth Formers, the pupil campaign group Genocide80Twenty meets every Thursday lunchtime. Their mission is to raise awareness of the incidents of genocide that have occurred, and are still taking place, since the Second World War. The group work to research and raise awareness of the issues, speak with experts and meet with remarkable survivors. They regularly collaborate with other schools and their work has been praised by politicians, leading journalists, charities and dignitaries and continues to reach thousands of young people worldwide.
