Lion Print 2020 showcases the literary and artistic talents of pupils from First Year to Sixth Form.

The prose was produced by this year’s Creative Writing Awards finalists, who were challenged to come up with a 750 word story opening, as part of the original competition brief.

Young adult fiction author Sara Grant, who selected the winners and runners-up, praised Hamptonians for their work:

The quality of this year’s stories was extremely high. I was delighted to read the work of such a talented group of young writers.

The images chosen to accompany the writing were selected from work made over the last year in Art. They include work by the full range of year groups and help to create a vibrant and thought-provoking issue of the Lion Print.
