Thank you to the supporters who changed my son’s life by giving him a chance to study at Hampton, a place that we would never be able to afford. By studying at Hampton, my son has been given so many opportunities to grow and find success. We are forever grateful as a family to the Fitzwygram Foundation.
Parents of a Fitzwygram Foundation Scholar
On our Founders’ Day (Tuesday 29 June) we’re excited to be holding our first-ever Giving Day.
Over the course of 1557 minutes (25 hours and 57 minutes), our community of current and former parents, alumni and friends of Hampton will come together to raise as much as possible, in support of The Fitzwygram Foundation.
Since our foundation in 1557, the School has a long-established tradition of providing free places to boys whose families could not otherwise afford a Hampton education. The Fitzwygram Foundation was established in 2016 with one transformational aim: to increase the number of free places available at the School.
Thanks to the generosity of our Hampton community, the Foundation has already funded 12 Fitzwygram Scholars, who have joined the 60+ free places provided by the School.
Thank you so much for turning my life around…words could not express the immense joy that was rushing through me like a river when I saw the offer; I was over the moon.
A Fitzwygram Free Place Scholar
Giving Day will start at 11.00am on Tuesday 29 June. Our target is to exceed 464 donors, one for every year in our School’s history.
We’ll also be running some fun Giving Day Challenges, all with the aim of raising as much money as possible to help fund free places at Hampton.
