Hampton’s Pens Down Day was enjoyed across the year groups as Hamptonians took the opportunity to learn a different way.

Pencil cases were packed away and pupils were encouraged to look up from their books and engage in a range of different activities designed to promote learning and communication. From foreign language debates to stop-motion videos on hydrocarbons in Chemistry, a tense game of bingo in Latin and hands-on geometry with mobius shapes in Maths, pupils were inspired to listen and work collaboratively with their class mates.
