Congratulations to the 51 Lower Sixth Physicists who took part in the online Senior British Physics Olympiad Challenge.
Hamptonians excelled with 17 Gold awards, 23 Silver and 11 Bronze certificates. Many of our top performers will now move on to sit the next level; the tasking Senior Physics Challenge exam, a one hour paper, which will stretch scientists’ problem solving skills as they apply fundamental physical principles to novel situations.

Over 6,000 junior physicists from across the UK took part in the BPHO Online Senior Physics Challenge, which requires pupils to demonstrate excellent knowledge and analytical skills. Hampton’s Lower Sixth physicists did remarkably well with over a third achieving Gold awards. Good luck to those taking part in the next paper!
