Welcome to the Third Year Blog!

We hope the first full week back at School has gone well and you’re back in the swing of Hampton life. Welcome especially to our new boys joining the Third Year and to the new Third Year tutors who have joined the Third Year team!

We have had a busy start to the Autumn Term with the Co-curricular Fair taking place last Friday lunchtime. Third Year pupils have been encouraged to join up to at least three new clubs this year. The boys had the opportunity to see the variety of clubs on offer and speak with the members of staff running the clubs to learn more about these.

On Monday morning, the Third Years learned all about e-safety when they listened to talks from Mr Talman and an external speaker. During their Form time on Monday, they also discovered more about how to be safe online and how to spot a scam or phishing email.

On Thursday this week we had the Third Year Team Building Day. This is always a highlight of the year for Third Year Hamptonians and much fun was had by all. The boys took part in different physical and mental challenges throughout the day, practising their leadership and communication skills whilst working as a team to complete a variety of tasks. The forms were competing against each other to earn points in the Inter Form Competition.

Catch up some of the highlights from this year’s Third Year Team Building Day below:
