Ollie Stanhope OH (2016) claimed his second World Championship Gold medal as part of Great Britain’s PR3 mixed coxed four.

The GB PR3 crew extended their major championship winning streak claiming Gold at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Ollie Joined the GB Rowing Team in 2017 and stormed to victory at his first ever World Championships in Sarasota, Florida.

Ollie started rowing at Walton Rowing Club in 2008 before taking up the sport at Hampton school in 2014. He raced in the Temple Challenge Cup at HRR in 2015 before moving up to the first eight to contest the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup in 2016. In 2017 Ollie raced with Molesey in the Thames Cup ahead of successfully breaking into the PR3 4+.
