Family, fellow pupils and staff gathered to celebrate our Upper Sixth leavers’ contribution to the musical life of the School in a superb concert in the Hammond Theatre.

Hampton’s senior musicians showcased their talents with a wonderful variety of performances, which highlighted the outstanding level of musicianship at the School. From Chopin to Gershwin and Brahms to Simon and Garfunkel, Upper Sixth musicians entertained the audience with an eclectic programme which included vocal performances, rock songs, original arrangements, ensembles and a range of accomplished instrumentalists.

Director of Music, Mr Daniel Roland, thanked the Class of 2025 for their superb musical performances during their time at Hampton:

As I said at the end of the concert, watching these talented young musicians up on stage having such a blast doing what they love puts such a big smile on my face! It is, of course, also a bitter sweet moment for us in the Music Department as we say farewell to so many of our top musicians. Thank you so much, Upper Sixth, for everything you have done for the Music Department at Hampton – we will miss you!
