Our hardworking Eco Warriors have been busy preparing a very special new home in the Pre-Prep playground – a bug hotel!
Working together, the children have been getting it ready to welcome lots of tiny visitors over the winter. With plenty of cosy spaces for beetles, woodlice and other mini-beasts, it won’t be long before our newest residents start checking in.
The excitement didn’t stop there! Children across Pre-Prep have been using magnifying glasses during break and lunchtime to explore the garden and see whether any of the bugs have already moved in.
There have been plenty of curious eyes peering into the bug hotel, and everyone is keeping watch for signs of our tiny guests.
