The History, Archives, and Archaeology Club aims to offer pupils opportunities to engage in real historical research, interrogating primary sources from the School’s own archive. So far, pupils have investigated what happened to the School and its pupils during World War 2, and what can be learned about the lives and character of our School founders.

Thanks to generous funding from the HSPA, pupils are also given the opportunity to participate in archaeological digs, examining the School grounds to understand the process of archaeological surveys and potentially unearthing evidence of our ancestors from both the near and distant past.
