A range of boys from Third Year to Fifth Year took part in the Reigate Grammar School, Model United Nations Conference. The boys represented Cuba, Turkey and the Philippines in a day filled with heated discussions on global issues. Topics of discussion included the use of nuclear power, the treatment of prisoners, and terrorist recruitment.

At the end of the day, three Hampton boys were singled out for their impressive debating skills: Egor Kaygorodov and Alwaleed Al Doory were ‘Highly Commended Delegates’ and Alfie Watkins achieved an ‘Outstanding Delegate’ award for his oratory skills representing the Philippines.
